Natural dog foods must be made only from plant, animal or mined sources. And they cannot contain artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Longer lasting chemical preservatives are banned from use in natural dog food, unlike dry food, which contains chemicals and preservatives.

Refunds & Returns
Can I return the food?

We have a 30 day refund guarantee - if you'd like to return the food for any reason, reach out and we will arrange a pick up. We will then refund you for the amount of food leftover. Unfortunately, delivery fees cannot be refunded.
Subscriptions
How does a subscription work?

Once you place your first order, we'll automatically generate a new one for you before you run out of food. We'll shoot you an SMS to confirm or delay your delivery. Once the food was reached your door - we'll charge you for that month's order.
What if I need to delay or speed up my subscription?

No problem! You can either respond with a delay to the SMS, or if you know ahead of time that you'll need a timing chnage - send us a message and we'll delay or speed up your next delivery accordingly.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Let us know you'd like to cancel at least 3 days before your subscription renews, and we'll cancel it for you hassle free. No cancellation fees, no hoops to jump through.
